Night at the Library: Building Stories took place at the LA Central Library on the evening of Saturday, March 8, 2025. Located in the Teen’scape area, tp Dutchkiss created a Record-Degrade-Reproduce-Recall tape loop processing sounds of the event throughout the library. Pelly created a site specific video installation with CRTs and projection showing live audio-reactive video generated through modular synthesis that mimicked the spinning heads of the tape recorders, while responding to the sounds moving through them.
